A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 10, 2014, the habitual fraud Defendant posted a false statement on the Internet NAV “N” bulletin board in the Seogu Daegu-gu Office C, the Internet NAV “China” bulletin board, and made a false statement on the victim F who reported and contacted the false statement that he/she would sell a ticket to the victim F.

However, even if the defendant received a ticket price from the victim, the defendant did not have an intention or ability to sell the ticket because there was no contact ticket.

Nevertheless, the defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 150,000 won from the victim to the new bank account (G) in the name of the defendant under the name of the victim in the name of the victim.

In addition, from January 11, 2014 to August 8, 2014, the Defendant received 15,128,100 won from 196 victims to 8 accounts from 7 banks, such as the list of crimes (1) as shown in the attached Table of Crimes (1).

In addition, around June 18, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the NA, stating that the victim H will go up to the low-income bags, and made a false statement to the victim, stating that “When deposit KRW 50,000 is made, the Defendant will deliver the NA-income reservoir.”

However, since the defendant did not have the above resistance, even if he received money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to deliver it.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received 50,000 won from the Daegu bank account (I) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and acquired the victims’ property as shown in the attached crime list from that time.

As a result, the defendant habitually acquired the victims' property.

2. Any person other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity shall issue sports promotion betting tickets or similar things (including the issuance thereof by means of information and communications networks) and load the results thereof in goods or goods;
