Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Force】 On May 8, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for criminal fraud at the Seoul Eastern District Court for six months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 16th of the same month.
【2014 Highest 1491】 The Defendant, at a place not known on January 20, 2014, told the victim to the effect that “as to request two copies of a contact book of a group E E” by accessing the Internet NAV Kabna bulletin board and posting it on the victim’s page, the Defendant sent her money to 200,000,000 won.”
However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to send the contact diskettes.
