1. The Plaintiff:
(a) The defendant B shall indicate drawings on the second floor of the building listed in the attached list (1), (2), (3), (4), and (1) respectively.
Reasons
In full view of the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 (including branch numbers), and the purport of the whole pleadings, the following facts are all acknowledged: (a) the lease agreement between the plaintiff and defendant Eul; (b) this lease agreement was lawfully terminated on the ground of delinquency in rent of the defendant Eul; and (c) defendant C resides in the second floor of the building in the attached list No. 206 (the defendant C traded with the plaintiff under the name of "D; (d) Eul is deemed to be the defendant C).
(10) According to recognized facts, Defendant B is obligated to indicate drawings (1), (2), (3), (1), (2) part 201 square meters in a ship connected each point in sequence, (20.67 square meters in a ship, (7), (8), (9), (1) part 205 square meters in a ship connected each point, (2) 206 square meters in a ship, (10), (2) 206 square meters in a ship connected each point, (3), (4) 20.67 square meters in a ship, (10), (1) 206 square meters in a ship, (2) 30.67 square meters in a ship, (5) 20.67 square meters in an order of 20.67 square meters in a ship, (5), (7) 306 square meters in a ship, and (7) 5-600 square meters in a ship, and (7) 206 square meters in a ship.
The Defendants are only seeking to dismiss the Plaintiff’s claim.
