1. The judgment of the first instance court, including a claim that has been reduced and expanded by this court, shall be modified as follows:

1. Basic facts

A. B. On January 7, 2016, the Plaintiff sent to the Defendant a content-certified mail to the effect that a water leakage phenomenon exists in the first floor toilet, the second floor shower room, the first floor and the second floor window, etc. of the instant store.

On January 27, 2016, water leakage occurred in the 1st, second, window (entry, stairs), second, and shower rooms’ wall and windows, second floor inventory room and wall, etc. (hereinafter “the first unit water”) of the instant store; and on January 30, 2016, the number of water leakage occurred again in the second floor inventory room of the instant store; and on February 3, 2016, the Plaintiff on February 3 and 2016.

3. 25. At the time of the first water leakage, some of the products kept in the stock room of the second floor of the instant store were flooded, and the Defendant sent content-certified mail demanding measures, etc. to resolve damages and water leakage problems.
