Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) proposed that he/she will resell the right to sell an apartment unit and sell the apartment unit under the name of the person holding the subscription passbook; and (b) proposed that he/she would sell the apartment unit under the name of the person holding the subscription passbook to acquire gains gains from the apartment unit; and (c) that he/she would sell the apartment unit under the name of the person holding the subscription passbook when he/she applied for the sale of the apartment unit in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, where the sale was announced to the person holding the subscription passbook around April 25, 2013; and (d) proposed that D would sell the apartment unit and distribute the gains from the purchase; (c) even though he/she did not intend to transfer D into Daegu-si City City, the Defendant reported the transfer of the apartment unit to the address of the person holding the subscription passbook, and (d) made a false statement in collusion with D as to D’s resident registration report through the Internet “Civil Petition 24 City” around March 27, 2013.

2. On May 2, 2013, the Defendant violated the Housing Act: (a) at the apartment sales office of the apartment sales office of the Daegu Suwon-gu G, Daegu-gu apartment sales office; (b) at the apartment sales office of the apartment sales office, the Defendant made a false report on the transfer of D’s resident registration into the false facts for the purpose of winning the subscription of the apartment; and (c) applied for the sale of the said apartment in the name of D with documents, such as a certified resident registration copy, etc. which was moved into the move-in report; and (d) purchased the housing in an unlawful way, such as winning the winning 349 million won of the above apartment in the first order of subscription around May 9, 2013; and (b) committed an act of disturbing the housing supply order by selling the apartment by an unlawful method twice as shown in the attached list
