A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant violated the Resident Registration Act: (a) sold an apartment under the name of the subscription holder by means of disguised transfer of the subscription holder; (b) sold it to acquire gains by resale; and (c) on August 22, 2012, with respect to the sale of the apartment site located in the Daegu-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu-gu-U.S.-gu-gu-U.-U.S.-gu-U.-U.-U.S.-gu-U.-U.S.-U.-U.-U.S.-U.-U.-U.-U.-U.-U.S.-U.-U.-U.-U.S.-U.-U.-U.-U.S.-U.-U.-U.-U.S.-U.-U.-U.-U.S.-U.-U.

2. Violation of the Housing Act;

A. No one may be supplied with or have another person be supplied with a deed, status, or house built and supplied under the Housing Act by fraud or other improper means, the Defendant, at around August 2012, at the office of sale in lots, an apartment building located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, as described in paragraph (1) of the same Article, filed a false report on the transfer of F’s resident registration into the F into the false fact for the purpose of drawing the subscription for apartment, and filed an application for the sale in lots of the said apartment in the F’s name, such as a certified copy of resident registration, which was move-in, and entered in the said report on September 4, 2012, and committed an act of disturbing the housing supply order by selling the housing in the said unlawful means five times as shown in attached Table 1 of the crime list.

(b) No person shall transfer, acquire or mediate any certificate of the occupants' savings in order to acquire or have others acquire the housing constructed and supplied under the Housing Act;

On May 2013, the Defendant was under the name of L from K in the model lower court model of “J” located in the Daegu Suwon-gu I for the Defendant’s early May 2013.
