A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person shall keep, deliver or distribute any access medium while receiving, demanding or promising to receive compensation.

On July 13, 2017, the Defendant collected the e-mail card from the name infinite (hereinafter referred to as "one-name B") known through the Internet job-seeking site " Almon" and then received KRW 100,000 per day in return for withdrawing cash with the e-mail.

Around 11:55 on July 17, 2017, the Defendant agreed to receive the above consideration and kept four copies of an access media by collecting a new bank check (credit number E), a national bank body check (credit number F), the Nonghyup Card (credit number G), and a national bank bank body check (credit number H) in the middle-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

Accordingly, the defendant agreed to receive compensation and kept the access media.
