Punishment of the crime

1. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in any other Act, no person who accused A shall keep and deliver any access medium while promising to pay for the use and management of the access medium;

Nevertheless, on February 15, 2017, around 21:20, the Defendant promised from the name in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, to receive compensation from the person in distress, and received post office post office check (F) through Kwikset service articles, Gyeongnam-nam kwikset Card (Credit Card Number: G), National Bank body check (H: Card Number : H), Korean bank body check ( Card Number : I), National Bank Bank Cze Card (Credit Card Number: J.), Agricultural Bank Cze Card (Credit Card Number: K.), New Bank Cze Card ( Card Number: L), Corporate Bank Cze Card (Credit Number), Hyk Card (Credit Number): N., Han Bank Cze Card (Credit Number: Card Number : Card Number : : N.), No. 1 Bank C, No. 1 Card (O.C. 3, No. 1: Card : 1).

Accordingly, the defendant has kept the approaching media while promising the consideration.

2. In using and managing an access medium, Defendant B shall not keep and deliver the access medium with the promise of compensation unless otherwise specifically provided for in other Acts.

Nevertheless, at around 23:45 on February 15, 2017, the Defendant promised to receive compensation from the person in distress of his/her name in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City Do Do Do Do ro (Guro-dong) at 3 times, the Defendant received and kept a post office cream card (F), Gyeongnam-gu Gyeong-nam Do Do Do Do Do dong, Do Do Do Do dong-gu Do Do Do dong-gu Do Do dong-gu, and received and kept the cream card total of 8 pages, such as the card number (G), national bank Do Do Do Do k (credit number: H.), and the card number (N.).

Accordingly, the defendant has kept the approaching media while promising the consideration.
