A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. However, the Defendant neglected to perform his duty on the front side and the left side of the victim E (the 51-year-old driver) who stopped in three lanes ahead of the moving direction by negligence, was placed ahead of the right side of the said vehicle of the victim C (the 51-year-old driver) driving. The Defendant caused the above accident while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
