A Imprisonment of six months, Defendant B and C shall be punished by a fine of 5,00,000,000 won, Defendant D and E shall be punished by a fine of 3,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The term “H, a foundation,” as a result of the 2013 anniversary of the 400th anniversary of the publication of the consent letter, is a foundation established after obtaining approval from the Ministry of Strategy and Finance on July 8, 201 for H (hereinafter “H”) to be held in the Republic of Korea I from September 6, 2013 to October 20, 201 for the purpose of enhancing the competitiveness of oriental medicine, promoting the excellence of oriental medicine, promoting the industrialization of oriental medicine, promoting the industrialization of oriental medicine, and attracting investment.

H Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizing Committee") shall be the chairperson of the Organizing Committee, and the defendant A (public officials in contractual service equivalent to Grade III) who is the executive chairperson shall exercise overall control over all the affairs, and as the head of the planning event headquarters the defendant B (Grade IV), the defendant C (Grade V) as the head of the planning and event division, the head of the planning and general affairs division, and the head of the group of the group of the planning and general affairs division, and E (local administration Grade VI) as the deputy head of the planning and general affairs division.

1. Defendant A’s obstruction of performance of official duties, and the Organizing Committee for Disclosure of Confidential Information on H event’s public project (the total estimated project cost of KRW 8.2 billion) shall be decided by a project executor’s limited competitive bidding for the H event proposal project. On April 5, 2012, according to the bidding plan, the public tender for the event proposal is announced on the national website of the Public Procurement Service; on April 13, 2012, the Organizational Committee held a project explanation meeting against the 51 proposing companies, such as the KCAA, which participated in the proposal competition at the Organizational Committee’s meeting on April 13, 2012; and on May 20, 2012, upon receipt of an application for preliminary evaluation from experts, professors, and public officials who have expertise in the total nine fields, such as advertising, public relations, event, marketing, and design, 32 preliminary evaluation members were assigned to the final evaluation committee’s number on May 22, 2012 as a preliminary evaluation committee.

On May 30, 2012, nine examiners selected as above shall be a public offering of an event agency proposal by the small meeting room of the Organizing Committee.
