1. Of the part against Defendant A Organizing Committee in the judgment of the court of first instance, the following amount of money ordered to be paid.

1. Basic facts

A. “A” (hereinafter referred to as “instant event”) from May 12, 2012 to August 12, 2012, 2012 for the purpose of revitalizing regional commercial areas, creating jobs, creating added value, etc. during the period B (hereinafter “instant event”).

(B) The Plaintiff and the Defendants concluded the instant service contract as a priority negotiation entity. On December 29, 2011, the Plaintiff and the Defendants assumed that the overall work on the instant event held from May 12, 2012 to August 12, 2012 is KRW 7.99 billion (the amount of subsidies granted from the State, Do, and City, Do, and City, KRW 4.0 billion, the amount of corporate advertising and cooperation, KRW 3.99 billion,000,000,000,000,000,000,0000,000,0000,000,000,000 won.

2. While the Plaintiff was preparing for the instant event that was scheduled on May 12, 2012, the Plaintiff is required to hold an event amounting to 11.6 billion won due to the expansion of the event to the Defendants who proposed to be “a person who is entitled to exercise by expanding the performance team,” around March 2012. As such, a modified contract is concluded accordingly.
