A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. Night-time theft;

A. On July 2014, the Defendant: (a) entered the entrance of the victim D in Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun, in front of the house of the victim; and (b) intruded into the victim’s house front of the house; (c) went back with two clothes in the aggregate amounting to KRW 200,000 in the market price of the victim’s ownership, which was immediately a dried house.
