A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

A. A thief: (a) around July 21, 2013, at the beginning of 21:00, the Defendant delivered the food ordered by the victim prior to the fluorial door of the victim C, which was located in B, and then stolen two clothes, including the victim’s panty 2, 200 won in the market value of the victim’s possession, which was opened in the fluoring fluor, and the brue 2nd in the fluor.

B.
