Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 4, 2015, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven BKan-Pon car at a 50-meter level under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.151% in front of a singing practice room.
