The defendant is a driver of K5 passenger cars in Category B.

At around 21:15, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at a 200-meter level from the top of the restaurant in front of the Yancheon-si, the Yannam-si, the U.S. (U.S.) of the same city to the front of the Yancheon-si, Gwangju Bank in the same city, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.05:15.
