Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 5, 2015, at around 23:06, the Defendant driven a Kaya sublim car with a blood alcohol concentration of approximately 0.151% under the influence of alcohol at approximately 300 meters from a 300-meter section before the Mean Synabbb, a Macheon-gu, Macheon-gu.
