Defendant 1 was sentenced to two months of imprisonment with prison labor and 2014 order 1413 of the 2014 order order and 2013 order.
Reasons
B. On June 27, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with prison labor on the grounds of forgery of private documents in the Sungnam branch support of the Suwon branch of the Defendant, and on November 16, 2013, the execution of the sentence was completed at the said prison on November 18, 2013, and the said judgment was finalized on November 18, 2013.

1. Around September 4, 2012, the Defendant obscenity 03:02, around the house of E (n, 30 years of age) located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and carried out a self-defensing act by getting off a sexual organ in his hand.
Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
2. Accordingly, the Defendant publicly committed an obscene act.
4. The Defendant, at around 02:50 on January 8, 2014, committed an obscene act, as described in paragraph 3-b, at I middle school located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, and was searched at the site after being contacted by the said J, etc. (16 years old). The Defendant was sleeping the victim’s flab, etc. in order to put the Defendant.
