Criminal facts

On May 24, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for public performance and obscenity in the Gwangju District Court's Netcheon Branch on May 24, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 30, 2012.

1. The Defendant attempted to rape at around 04:10 on March 10, 2014, when her sexual flag was laid down on the road in front of the C building at a female time, the Defendant discovered the victim D (the age of 26), followed the victim, prevented the victim from suffering the victim by his/her hand, led the victim into the neighboring building, suppress the victim from her resistance, and forced by force. C. On March 23, 2014, at around 18:00, the Defendant reported that K and L bending around the O cafeteria located in Scamh City N, and used people to get off bucks to the buckbucks, and used self-defense to commit an obscene act.
