Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 6, 2014, at the time of residence at B High School, the Defendant made an obscene act openly by putting C, etc., who had been in a dormitory in a turdy field following the dormitory at B High School, and by taking out his sexual organ, and committing an indecent act.

2. On January 7, 2014, around 22:56, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by getting out of the list of D, etc., who were in a dormitory window at the above place, and by taking out his sexual organ, thereby committing an indecent act.
