A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 10, 2019, from around 23:16 to 23:50 of the same day, the Defendant ordered meals in the “D” restaurant managed by the Victim C (A, 58 years old) located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, to take care of the Defendant’s voice calls, etc. during which the Defendant got a large portion of the Defendant; but, at the same time, the Defendant took care of the voice of the Defendant; “n't get out of the lock,” “n't get out of the lock-si,” “n't get out of the lock-si,” and “n't get out of the lock-si,” and “n't get out of the lock-si, hack-si, hick-si,” and “n't get out of the restaurant, hick-si,” and obstructed customers from entering the restaurant for three minutes of business by force.

2.『2019고단1161』 피고인은 2019. 3. 3. 04:20경 서울 동대문구 E 지하 1층에 있는 F 노래방에서, ‘남자 두 명이 싸운다’는 112 신고를 받고 출동한 서울동대문경찰서 G파출소 소속 경장 H으로부터 신분증의 제시를 요구받자, “난 죄가 없다 이 개새끼들아”라고 욕설을 하면서 운전면허증을 쥔 오른손으로 위 H의 머리를 1회 때리고, 양손으로 위 H의 가슴 등을 3회 밀쳐 폭행하고, 이로 인하여 공무집행방해 혐의로 현행범 체포되어 순57호 순찰차에 태워져 이동하던 중, 순찰차 뒷좌석에서 “야 이 개새끼들아, 내가 수갑을 찬 이유가 뭐야”라고 욕설을 하면서 발로 옆 자리에 있던 H의 복부를 1회 차고, 머리로 위 H의 가슴과 목 부위를 수회 밀쳐 폭행하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the handling of the 112 Reporting Cases by police officers H and the legitimate execution of duties concerning the arrest of flagrant offenders.
