A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

At around 03:02 on July 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) reported 112 to “Woo two males wrap”; and (b) arrested a flagrant offender under the suspicion of assault and assault; and (c) assaulted the Defendant’s mother F on the ground that “The Defendant wraped the Defendant’s chest part of D with the Defendant’s chest on two occasions on his hand, on the ground that “The Defendant hacked the Defendant, who was a police officer belonging to the Ansan-gu Police Station C police Station, who was a police officer belonging to the Ansan-gu, Ansan-gu, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, Annsan-si, a police officer, etc. who was dissatisfied with D, and arrested the Defendant’s mother F of the instant case.”

As a result, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the 112 reported case and criminal investigation by police officers.
