Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an urban bus driver.

The defendant is in a close trial with neighboring residents C, and is in a difficult relationship with each other.

At around 01:50 on September 2, 2012, the Defendant, on the ground that he did not properly investigate the fact that a police officer in charge of the E box called out after receiving a report at the four front paths of the D building in Jinju, and reported to the police officer in charge of the E box, who was called out, was stolen by neighboring residents C, and, on the ground that “A police officer, who was called out for the same five minutes as the police officer, and the housing resident, were openly insulting the above F, on the ground that he did not investigate the fact that he was stolen by neighboring residents C.
