Punishment of the crime

From around 22:30 on December 7, 2013 to 23:00, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly insultingly speaking “the victim’s spouse and his/her husband, her son, and police officers dispatched,” on the ground that the victim C, who was the starting partner of the Defendant, built a house on the land owned by the husband of the Defendant, who died of his/her her husband, before the head of Yangyang-gun, Gyeonggi-do, and thus, did not return the land.”
