A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 6, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 4,00,00 for a fine of KRW 2,00,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Chuncheon District Court on November 11, 201, a fine of KRW 2,00,000 for the same crime in the same court on the same day on November 11, 201, and a fine of KRW 1,00 for the same crime on April 18, 2013 by the same court on the same day on April 18, 2013.

On January 4, 2014, at around 18:45, the Defendant driven a 15-meter radius from the roads near Pyeongtaek-Gun Office in Bupyeong-gu, Gyeonggi-do, to the roads near Seocheon-si, Namcheon-si, Namcheon-si, Namcheon-si, the river located in the river of Seocheon-do, and drive a B-J-III truck with blood alcohol content of 0.201 percent under the influence of alcohol without a car driver's license.

As a result, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, was prohibited from driving a motor vehicle, in violation of this, at least two times without a driver’s license.

2. The defendant is engaged in driving of cargo vehicles such as those described in paragraph (1);

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol 0.201 cent in a temporary border, as described in paragraph (1), was driving the above cargo while driving it, and was straighten in the direction of Chuncheon in the direction of Chuncheon from the direction of the inspection station, depending on the two lanes near the said river, which is located in the two-lane.

At the time, the Defendant was unable to properly engage in a normal physical activity and accident due to the intoxication of alcohol.

Nevertheless, the Defendant found the victim C(the age of 34)'s rocketing car which was stopped by the stop signal at the front time while under the influence of alcohol as above and was negligent in finding it late and taking a sudden action, and received the back part of the said car as the front part of the said cargo vehicle. Accordingly, the said car was in the front part of the said cargo vehicle.
