Punishment of the crime

[2015 Godan179] On September 3, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of two million won for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Gwangju District Court on September 3, 2009, and on July 3, 2015, issued a summary order of two million won for the same crime at the Southern District Court's Southern Branch.

1. On July 23, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”) was a person who is engaged in driving of C Salary-F Freight Freight, driving the said freight vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.157%, without a vehicle driver’s license, on the front of the E kindergarten located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, about July 2015.

2.
