1. Defendant A and Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months.

However, for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around April 23, 2018, the Defendant 201: (a) breaddd from G drinking house located on the first floor of the F Building underground in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and abused the victim H (29 years of age) with the victim’s head, who was a dangerous article on the table, by taking the victim’s head into custody; (b) bread from the victim D (27 years of age); (c) bread from the victim’s face on his hand; (d) bread from the victim’s face; and (e) bread from the victim’s H (29 years of age) with his arms.

As a result, the Defendant carried dangerous articles and carried them about two weeks of treatment to the victim B, and assaulted the victim D, C, and H respectively.

2. Defendant B, D, and C’s joint criminal act committed with Defendant H and H jointly with the victim at the same time and place as above, and Defendant C took the victim’s face by drinking, Defendant C took the victim’s face by drinking, Defendant D took the victim’s head by drinking, Defendant C took the victim’s head by drinking, and Defendant B took the victim’s face by drinking. Defendant B took the victim’s head by drinking. Defendant B took the victim’s face. Defendant B took the victim’s face by drinking.

As a result, Defendants and H jointly inflicted injury on the victim in terms of the bones of the number of days of treatment.
