Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants jointly committed the crime at around 06:58, May 6, 2017, 2017, when they jointly breaddd the victim F (19 years old), G (19 years old), and H (18 years old) who was under the influence of alcohol in front of the “E” restaurant located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Bupyeong-gu, and went through without any justifiable reason, and were in dispute with each other, the Defendants breaddddd the victim’s face at the time when the victim’s h head was fried, the victim’s h head was fried, the victim’s h head was fried, and the Defendant B collected the victim’s h head, who was a dangerous object, and fried the victim’s head with the dangerous object (15 cm wide, approximately 40 cm long).
