A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who takes over an automobile registered in violation of the Automobile Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authority within fifteen days;

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not file an application for the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Defendant with the competent authority within 15 days without justifiable grounds, even though the Defendant acquired the C observer car owned by a person without a name, who reported and contacted the Defendant’s writing posted on the bulletin board “B” on May 2, 2016, on a net viewing that is a competent authority, without justifiable grounds, within 15 days.

Accordingly, the defendant did not apply for ownership transfer registration even after he acquired an automobile.

2. The crime committed on July 8, 2016: No one shall operate any motor vehicle on the road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation and the Road Traffic Act.

On July 8, 2016, the Defendant driven a C options car, which is owned by the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license from around seven kilometers from the front side of the Hancheon-dong, Hancheon-dong, 807-7, Hancheon-dong, Hancheon-dong, to the sight apartment in approximately 979-17 in the same time, without obtaining a driver’s license.

3. A crime committed on November 22, 2016: The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a Cobserver car.

On November 22, 2016, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license of the said vehicle, and operated the said vehicle at an insurous speed, one-lane, from the surgical side of the 1011, the front road of the Yancheon High School located in the 1011, Yancheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si.

At the same time, there is an intersection in which signal lights are not installed, and thus, the driver of the vehicle is engaged in driving.
