A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a period of ten months and a fine of 1.5 million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 15, 2017, the Defendant was driving a D’s Grand Car without a driver’s license on the roads near C’s station located in 15,00:51, 14 times as shown in the attached Table of Crimes, from around that time to September 10, 2018 without a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) was a person who owns a Dishland car and Eland car; and (b) was driving 144 times the said automobile, which was not covered by mandatory insurance, such as paragraph (1).

3. A person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the Mayor/Do Governor, and where the transferee of the motor vehicle intends to transfer again to a third party, he/she shall make the registration of transfer

In addition, when a person who is not entrusted with matters concerning the operation, etc. of a motor vehicle by the owner of the motor vehicle or the owner of the motor vehicle without justifiable grounds operates the motor vehicle, he/she may order the suspension of operation of the relevant motor vehicle at the consent or request of the owner of the motor vehicle
