Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person working as the head of Dong-gu Daejeon Metropolitan City C and D’s management affairs from February 2, 2013 to December 2014. As for the Defendant’s act of forming an emergency countermeasure committee by asserting that part of the occupants of the apartment in connection with the election of representatives by Dong-gu, Daejeon, and D’s representative council held around April 2014 was illegal, the Defendant committed an act, such as constituting an emergency countermeasure committee, by asserting that some of the occupants of the apartment in relation to the election of representatives by Dong-gu, the said apartment
