Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the chairman of the Daejeon Dong-gu Seoul Apartment Housing Management Committee, and the Defendant committed an act, such as organizing an emergency countermeasure committee on the grounds that an election by a representative council of occupants held around April 2014 by a representative council of occupants, which was held around April 2014, the Defendant damaged the honor of the Election Management Committee.
