A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 26, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act, the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, and the Defendant did not enter a mandatory insurance on January 17:05, 201, and did not comply with the Defendant’s demand to put the portion of the D freight vehicle in front of the Defendant’s car running in front of the Karen apartment, which is located in the 68-ro of Jeju City, into the Hansan-do at the center at the center of Hansan-do, while driving the Karen apartment without a vehicle driver’s license, while driving the Karen-ro at the speed of Hansan-do. 2. On December 2013, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) made a “G” by using iron plates on a secondhand shop where it is difficult to ascertain the trade name located in the Chungcheongnam-gu official zone; (b) attached it to the front of the said car rental car; (c) changed the “G” number plate of the said car rental car from the Defendant’s residence located in the Jeju-si, located in H to “G” by using shesheshesheshesheshels and paints; and (d) used the said car rental car number plate which was forged by driving the said car rental car as described in paragraph (1).
