A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 22:30 on May 10, 2014, the Defendant driven a B Mt Motor Vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.096% at a section of approximately 2.1km from the second road located in the 2nd west-dong, the company located in the two North west-dong, the company located in the company north 1-dong industrial complex at the Jeju city to drive a B Mt Motor Vehicle.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes and the Road Traffic Act (non-accidentd measures) are the defendants engaged in driving service of the said automobiles;

At the date and time specified in paragraph (1), the Defendant driven the above vehicle to run the intersection in front of the Chuncheon Pridge, which is located in the North Korean Industrial Complex at Jeju.

At this point, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely by checking the front side and the right and the right of the driver of the motor vehicle, because it is an intersection with no signal apparatus and it was difficult to take the place around.
