1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for 87,082,00 won and the period from March 29, 2016 to January 23, 2018.

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) is a company aimed at real estate sale and development business, and Defendant C is a representative director of the Defendant Co., Ltd., and the Plaintiff was working for the Defendant Co., Ltd. as business.

B. In order to resolve the financial difficulties of the Defendant Company when the Plaintiff serves in the Defendant Company, the Defendants agreed to receive money from the Plaintiff in advance, and sold part of the land under development by the Defendant Company to the Plaintiff, and concluded the following sales contract.

C. Upon the request of the Defendants, the Plaintiff continued to pay the following money to the Defendant Company from March 26, 2014. However, the Defendants did not register the transfer of the real estate to be sold as above to the Plaintiff.
