1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff the full amount of KRW 134,820,492 out of the total amount of KRW 137,169,085 and the above amount.
Reasons
The arguments between the plaintiff and the defendant on the establishment of the loan claims and the details of the repayment thereof are significant. The following facts can be acknowledged by taking into account each of the statements in Gap evidence 2 through 6, evidence 9 through 11, evidence 14 through 19, evidence 21 through 23, evidence Eul evidence 2 and 3 (including each number; hereinafter the same shall apply) and the whole purport of the pleadings, and the arguments of the parties as to them are examined in turn.
