Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Status 1) The Plaintiff is the Industrial Accident Compensation Insurance Act (hereinafter “Industrial Accident Insurance Act”).
(2) The Defendant is an insurer that has entered into an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with A with respect to the B excavation vehicles owned by A (hereinafter “instant vehicles”) with the insured, which is a special corporation established by the Minister of Labor and entrusted by the Minister of Labor with the industrial accident compensation insurance business.
