1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 2,000,000 won;

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who acquires a means of access may acquire any electronic card and password, etc.;

Nevertheless,

A. On December 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) provided F with KRW 150,00 in cash 150,000, the physical card and password of the account of a national bank (E) in Daejeon-gu Daejeon, Daejeon-gu, 1124; and (b) obtained the personal card

B. On December 2, 2012, the Defendant acquired the physical card, password, etc. of the G company bank account (H) from F at the 702-dong parking lot of the Gubong Village apartment located in Seo-dong, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon.

C. On January 4, 2013, the Defendant: (a) provided K with KRW 150,000 in cash, such as the passbook, physical card, password, etc. at the center of Samsung Bio-building located in the Jung-gu Daejeon, Daejeon.

2. No person may transfer any means of access, such as an electronic card and password;

Nevertheless,

A. On December 2012, the Defendant transferred 250,000 won in cash to L, the physical card, password, etc. of the account of a national bank account in the name of the above 1-A, at a non-permanent area below Daejeon.

B. On December 2012, the Defendant transferred the physical check card, password, etc. of the company bank account in G under the name of G as described in the foregoing 1-b to L, at an insular location below the end of Daejeon.

C. On January 4, 2013, the Defendant received KRW 2.50,00 in cash from L, the passbook, physical card, password, etc. in the name of the NA as set forth in paragraph (c) of the above 1-C.
