1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 62,50,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 20, 2018 to the date of complete payment.

[Ground of recognition] The plaintiff lent 6,250,00 won, at the defendant's request, to the plaintiff's 6,250,000 won, which was deposited by the plaintiff to the defendant as to the plaintiff's argument as to the grounds of claim of Gap's evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including a provisional number; hereinafter the same shall apply)
Therefore, the defendant is obligated to return the above money to the plaintiff.
The Defendant first lent the money to the Plaintiff by receiving cash services or settling the card instead of paying the said money, and the said deposit money is repaid by the Plaintiff from the Defendant.
