1. The Defendant’s KRW 32,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from March 12, 2008 to March 9, 2018.

If the purport of the whole argument is added to the statement of No. 1, the defendant can recognize the fact that he borrowed KRW 32,00,000 from the plaintiff on February 28, 2008 with the full payment payment from the plaintiff until March 11, 2008.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 32,00,000 won with 5% per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from March 12, 2008, which is the day following the due date to which the complaint of this case was served to the defendant from March 9, 2018, and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case is accepted on the ground of the reasons.
