1. The Defendant’s KRW 100,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from June 17, 2009 to July 10, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

The fact that the plaintiff lent KRW 100,000,000 to the defendant on June 16, 2007 by the due date until June 16, 2009 is no dispute between the parties.

According to the above facts of recognition, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the amount of KRW 100,00,000 and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum under the Civil Act and 20% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment, which is the day following the day when the complaint of this case was served on the defendant from June 17, 2009 to the day when the complaint of this case was served on the defendant. Thus, the claim of this case is justified.
