A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) finished the course of study in front of the ESA operated by the second-class victim D of the Daejeon Daejeon metropolitan shopping mall; (b) confirmed the retirement of the victim; (c) intruded the office of the said private teaching institute using the unrected windows; (d) went into the office of the said institute; and (c) stolen the victim with one digital camera equivalent to KRW 200,000 at the market price in the office.

In addition, from that time until April 11, 2016, the Defendant invadedd the structure managed by the victims on a total of seven occasions, such as the list of crimes, and stolen property worth KRW 626,800.

At around 11:00 on February 6, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened a entrance that had not been set up in front of a HHA when the victim G (or (or (or (or) in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon) works as an instructor; and (b) intruded into the entrance; (c) used a credit card, identification card, cash amounting to KRW 200,000,000, which includes a victim’s credit card, identification card, and cash amounting to KRW 1.50,000 on the office’s book; and (d) went into the building managed by another by another person on five occasions from that time until May 17, 2016, the Defendant stolen the total amount of KRW 1,404,00,000, as written in the list of crimes.

1. On March 19, 2016, at around 12:30 on March 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the entrance door at the J Party located in Daejeon Jung-gu, Daejeon; (b) opened the said entrance, and intruded into the said entrance, and cut off the cash KRW 170,000,000 in which the victim K (the age of 49) was stored in the Kabrogate.

2. On March 27, 2016, at around 13:00, the Defendant intruded into the above billiard and stolen the 60,000 won currency that the victim K (the age of 49) stored in the Kabrogate, thereby cutting down the 69,000 won currency.
