1. The plaintiff's claim against the defendant C and the plaintiff's successor's claim against the defendants are gathered.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff and the Plaintiff Incorporated Foundation A (hereinafter “Plaintiff Foundation”)’s succeeding Intervenor B (hereinafter “Plaintiff church”) established on November 30, 1969, a church with 61 branch arts dividends, such as “F Headquarters” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and G established around 61 branch arts dividends.

On February 14, 2007, the church completed the registration of ownership transfer of the building No. 2 (hereinafter referred to as the "second building") in the annexed list of real estate.

B. The Plaintiff church established the Plaintiff Foundation on May 17, 201, and G assumed office as the director with the power of representation.

Plaintiff

On May 20, 2011, the Foundation completed the registration of ownership transfer of a building No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as “one building”) listed in the annexed list of real estate (hereinafter referred to as “first building”) on December 31, 201, donated the first building to the Plaintiff church on December 31, 2017, and the Plaintiff church completed the registration of ownership transfer of the first building on January 5, 2018.

C. Until 2012 G performs its duties as the sole supervisor of the Plaintiff church;

Around January 2013, Around 2013, H delegated the supervisory duty to H.

Plaintiff

The supervision of a church, within and outside of the religious sense, shall play a role as an old concern that leads the plaintiff church and supports and integrates the religious unity of believers, and legally has the authority to represent the plaintiff church and to manage the organization of the affairs of a church or the properties of a church through the right to appoint.

The Defendants, around December 2016, were appointed as the assistant pastors of the Plaintiff church, and Defendant C was appointed as the assistant pastors of the I art dividend, and Defendant D as the assistant pastors of the I art dividend.

On February 2, 2015, Defendant C moved in the area of 80 square meters on the ship (A) part (hereinafter “the part of the first building”) connected each point of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 among the first floor of the first building, which is an I art dividend housing belonging to the Plaintiff Foundation, and Defendant C moved in the second building, which is a private house for the daily and art dividend of the Plaintiff church, around April 2, 2017.

E. The plaintiff church and the Defendants actively cooperate with the private organization (J) that promotes the division of the plaintiff church.
