1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

2. Seized evidence 6 through 10 shall be confiscated;

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Punishment of Arrangement of Commercial Sex Acts;

A. On May 201, 201, the Defendant: (a) around the end of Japan, at the second floor of Asia-gu, ASEAN; and (b) at D’s business trip establishment of sexual traffic, the Defendant provided sexual traffic with 60,000 UN payments for sexual traffic and f’s sexual intercourse once.

B. The Defendant was on September 201, 201.

In the same place as the paragraph, F, who worked in D, a business establishment for sexual traffic in Japan, had 25,000 UN for sexual traffic and engaged in sexual traffic once.

C. On January 201, 201, the Defendant was a police officer on January 1, 201.

At the same place as the paragraph, G was engaged in sexual traffic by giving 20,000 UN price for sexual traffic to G, which is a business establishment for sexual traffic in Japan, and providing sexual traffic once.

2. The Defendant forged a private document, or displayed a private document, with the knowledge of the difficulty of long-term stay when Korean women who work for a business establishment dealing with sexual traffic in Japan enter the Republic of Korea as a tourist destination, had the Korean women wanted to receive a false issuance of a foreign business visa by forging documents, such as a certificate of graduation.

On October 201, the Defendant: (a) received the request from F to issue a business visa from F who was employed in a sexual traffic business establishment in Japan; and (b) subsequently, on October 16, 2011, the Defendant: (c) completed the request from L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to L to : (d) “The date of graduation: 02: October 23, 2007”; (b) completed the “The date of publication: October 18, 2011”; and (c) forged the Plaintiff’s certificate of graduation to K to L to L to L to L to L toK, a document pertaining to the facts.

B. Around that time, the Defendant submitted the above forged K University Certificate to the K University (Immigration Office) located in Japan or lower regions through L, which was known to the general public, as a document attached to the issuance of the business visa.
