1. Defendant A

A. From February 7, 2011 to September 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) placed a commercial sex business establishment in the name of “G”, “G”, and “G” in the name of “G” in the 1101 room of the Fatoon-Si, east-si, east-si; and (b) had I, J, K, L, etc. employed by the Defendant as a female of sexual traffic; (c) had male customers and neighboring hotels, etc., reported the advertisement of the said business establishment; and (d) accepted the said female of sexual traffic as a brokerage fee for 40% of the total sum of 20,000 to 60,000 UN, which were given to the said female of sexual traffic as a substitute for their customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.

(2) Upon receipt of a request from N who operates a business of commercial sex acts in the same way as above from N who operates a business of commercial sex acts in the same way as above, the Defendant informed N's contact address, etc. to his/her female so that O can work as a commercial sex act in the above business place, after taking part in the appearance, etc. of O in the KSE Asan-si located in Asan-si around March 12, 2013.

Accordingly, the defendant introduced and arranged a job to sell sex.

In addition, the Defendant introduced and arranged an occupation to sell sex in the same way seven times from January 2, 2013 to March 12, 2013 as indicated in the annexed crime list.

B. The Defendant, while operating a sexual traffic establishment as above in Japan, committed a false entry into the public electromagnetic records, etc., and a false marriage with male of Japanese nationality in order to obtain a visa that enables long-term stay.

Accordingly, the Defendant had been kept in the Seo-gu Office's civil service center located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon around August 17, 2012, and there was no intention to marry with the P of Japanese nationality.
