A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Any person who trades and sells marijuana and is prohibited from smoking it, but the Defendant purchased and smokeed it as follows:
1. Purchasing marijuana;
A. On June 14, 2015, around 00:30 on June 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) received approximately KRW 120,00 from G, a French seller, the seller of marijuana, as well as F, in front of the “E” convenience store near D hotel located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, about KRW 17,00,00,000,000,000,000.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana in collusion with F.
B. On July 4, 2015, around 05:20, the Defendant: (a) brought about KRW 2.40,00 to G with the said F before Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H’s “I”; (b) received approximately 2.4g of marijuana resin from the said F.
Accordingly, the defendant purchased marijuana in collusion with F.

On July 17, 2015, around 02:45, the Defendant purchased marijuana at around 120,000 won, using approximately 1g of hemp resin, in front of the G’s residence, from the person who was a marijuana seller in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ.
2. Smoking marijuana;
A. At around 00:30 on June 14, 2015, the Defendant: (a) parked in the vicinity of the D hotel as indicated in the paragraph (1) above 1-A; (b) obstructed the Defendant’s golf car from a golf car with F, with a small entrance of the water through the water; (c) laid off about 1g of the hemp resin purchased as specified in the paragraph (a) above; and (d) laid off a gun with a dysium; and (e) fembling it into the water through the water of the water and dysing it into the water of the water of the water of the Defendant.
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with F, smoked marijuana.
B. On July 2015, the Defendant drank the Defendant’s golf car parked in the “K club” parking lot located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul around night, with the said F, in the same manner as the above F, and as the above 2-A(b). As purchased, the Defendant drank approximately 1g of the hemp resin purchased, in the same manner as the above 2-A(b).
Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with F, smoked marijuana.
