Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 20:05 on July 14, 2014, the Defendant reported to the Jindo Police Station at 112 telephone in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, the Defendant reported to the effect that “D was unable to have a witness to drive a d's drinking in front of the residents’ village hall in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, and, on July 20, 2014, F, a police officer belonging to the Jeonnam Police Station at the Defendant's home located in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, the Defendant stated to the effect that “D was driven at the time of the incident, and all persons at the scene observed a d's drinking operation.”

Accordingly, the defendant was dismissed for the purpose of having D be subject to criminal punishment.
