[Defendant A] The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the above sentence shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. A. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AF) (AF) is the driver of the KFFS car. On March 7, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 22:40, the Defendant was a driver of the KFS car; (b) on March 7, 2015, while driving the said car in the direction of melting dust in the vicinity of the GFS-gun, Jindo-gun; (c) neglected the duty of melting; and (d) neglected to perform the duty of melting the said road; and (e) was placed on the front part of the said passenger car and set up on the side of the said road; (b) the electric poles were used as the front part of the said passenger car; and (c) approximately one meter away from the road above; and (d) the electric pole connected to the said utility pole increased to the road to cause danger and interference with drinking traffic on the road; and (e) did not take any measures to remove such danger and interference with the road traffic accident.
B. Around 00:00 on March 8, 2015, the Defendant: (a) the Defendant: (b) driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol at the accommodation of the staff members of the Korean Agricultural Company, a company that is a company accompanying the Defendant, at the 740-si, Jindo-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (c) did not take any measures despite having caused a traffic accident as described in paragraph 1(a) at the accommodation of the staff members of the Jindo-do Agricultural Company; and (b) the said company, an employee of the said company, who was divingd in the above accommodation to be exempted from criminal liability for the escape of the said act; (b) the Defendant: (c) brought a traffic accident involving the said company, who was under the influence of alcohol in Jindo-gun; (d) upon request of the police station that was driven by the Defendant; and (d) caused the said Party B to make the said police officer’s statement as if he/she had the police officer assigned to the Jindo-gun Police Station at around 02:00 on the same day.
