Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant, using B and smartphone-making apps, advertised many unspecified men to engage in sexual traffic, and asked them to send sexual traffic to men who reported and contacted this, and to receive sexual traffic price from them.

On May 8, 2015, the Defendant and B waiting for female E, a Thailand of No. 208 located in the Mancheon-si C, and the Defendant, using smartphone hosting App F, “T” to many unspecified men;

As a result, Defendants conspired to act as commercial sex acts such as brokerage.
