Some of the facts charged were corrected.
On March 2017, the Defendant, along with B, recruited sexual traffic women through “C” on the Internet job site. On the other hand, the Defendant sent messages to many unspecified men by using smartphonephones, “D,” “E,” etc., including “168bb. 48, singing, wrapping, wrapping, ice-to-sing, ice-to-sing, rode, rat-sing, rhocle 69 et al., Daegu Simb. 17 et al., the Defendant called South Korea.”
Along with the number of men who have reported and contacted, approximately KRW 15 to KRW 180,00,000, and arranged to have sexual intercourses with women engaged in sexual traffic who have been recruited in a specific telecom, and then, the Defendant and B conspired to engage in the act of arranging sexual traffic by paying approximately KRW 100,000 to women engaged in sexual traffic, and acquiring the remaining difference between the Defendant and B.
Accordingly, on April 10, 2017, at around 18:30, the Defendant and B got off a sex purchase remaining through smartphone hosting flucing “E” to Gel203 located in F in Yangsan City, and arranged the Defendant to get off a passenger, who is a woman engaged in sexual traffic, to run the H through “C” and run on the car, and to receive sexual traffic price of KRW 170,00 won and receive sexual traffic price of KRW 170,00,000 from March 10 to April 10, 2017. In addition, the Defendant and B received approximately KRW 150,000 to 180,000,000 from many men, who had contacted through “D” and “E”, and arranged to gather sexual traffic from the above large number of women, including the above sexual traffic, at the same time, the Defendant and B, and also, arranged the sexual traffic at the same time, including the head of the Sinsi.
As a result, the defendant conspired with B to engage in commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
