A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:42 on February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) talked about the victim D (34 years of age) and the drinking value, a customer, who visited the place at “C” located in B B B, and had three times the victim’s eye on the ground that the victim’s visual light does not fit for mind; (b) had three times the victim’s eye on the victim’s face; (c) had his hair and other parts requiring approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Around 02:20 on February 2, 2016, the Defendant arrested the victim in the act of committing the crime under paragraph (1) from E (32) of the F District of the Police Station in the Si-Sari Police Station, etc. (32) and moved to the patrol vehicle affiliated with the Si-Sari Police Station (34) and was on board the patrol vehicle affiliated with the Si-Sari Police Station, and without any justifiable reason, carried the victim’s timbered with the front seat with the front seat, with approximately two weeks of medical treatment for the victim, and interfered with the victim’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the transfer of the police officer.
